Me and my mother usually come by when we go shoping but When i went to the bakery this time it seemed to be a change in the staff, so thought it was just new staff but the new staff delayed a plate shawarma that me and my mother usually order this time the plate would've already gotten to our table by the time we finished our drinks but the new staff litterally forgot to give us our plate shawarma and came asking after a 6 mins or something, the food was delayed and a bit of our time was wasted but the food was still good, the guy at the stall near the entrence was a nice guy, he offered me a phone when i had to call my mother, i came by yesterday on friday, 9th of may, the staff are very friendly btw Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Most horrible experience with ramdan specials.....never expected such a low standard from famous bakery.....atleast consider the feelings of customers who are with your snacks in ifthar
