Today, I bought a chocolate cheese cake for 542 rupees for my friend's birthday. When I found out that my friend doesn't like cheese, I cancelled it right away, and they charged me 542 rupees for cancellation fees as per the policy (as i was ordering for the very first time, I'm completely unaware about their policy) I was so upset that I asked them for nearly 1.5 hours, but they didn't replace or refund the amount.This is not fair doing such cheap things to get people's money, so be aware of that.

Worst place to order cake or a pastry, they delivered expired products to me. I order on 15th June they send product which expired 2 days ago Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹400–600

pastry tasted amazing.. but the donut was quite disappointing as it didn't taste fresh... ! pastry had a packaging from Cakezone but thr Donut was from Ovenfresh-I have always had a bad experience from Ovenfresh I don't like their bakery items. I don't know why Cakezone had to get me a Donut from them. 5stars for Cakezone and 1star for Ovenfresh Donut. Photo added for your reference.
