I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the delivery experience for my recent Faasos order.The delivery person did NOT call me even once upon arrival. I later found out that the order was marked as delivered without any communication. I had to walk all the way down to the security gate, wasting my time and effort, just to collect my food which should’ve been delivered to my doorstep.This kind of careless and dishonest behaviour is unexpectable. I want assurance that such negligence won't happen again.
