Dear FLO Management, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the dinner service at your hotel on June 27, 2025. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations in nearly every respect: Unprofessional, uncoordinated staff 1) The cook and service team acted unprofessionally, showing poor coordination between kitchen and floor. 2) There were visible delays and confusion—dishes arriving late, staff unsure of menu items or table assignments. Service charged but not delivered 1)We were billed an extra service tax, yet no lounge or attentive service was provided to justify the charge. Poor food quality and inadequate portion size. 1)The dishes lacked flavor and freshness—some even appeared half‑cooked or stale. 2)Portion sizes were extremely small—insufficient for even a light meal. Lack of communication and coordination 1) Staff members were unable to answer basic questions about menu content. 2)There was no clear communication between kitchen and floor, leaving guests waiting aimlessly. Action Requested:. Given the substandard experience, I request a full refund for the evening's charges, including the additional service tax, which was not earned. The combined poor food quality, unsatisfactory service, and misleading billing justify a refund to uphold your establishment’s reputation. Request: Full refund of billing amount and service tax. I hope this feedback helps you identify gaps in staff training, kitchen-floor coordination, and billing transparency.
