they’ve downgraded my cranberry coffee tasted sour like hell need highly improvement in baristas and services

We were a large group, but our order took 30 minutes to come., although we ordered only 4 drinks. there wasn't even any rush so, such a long waiting time was undeserved. The brownie was very bad, wouldn't recommend it AT ALL. had a very artificial sugary taste

This outlet of evabrew is much better than the salt lake one. However, menu options are still limited.The hot chocolate and cranberry iced coffee was actually quite good at reasonable price owing to the booking discount offered by zomato.
