The hotel rooms are good however vehicle noice coming from outside ....which eriteting The rooms are good and clean However you can hear the activity of nearby room ... Food quality good but limited .....staff behaviour is pleasent Overall if I compare this with hotel like pride plaza, hotel park plaza, hotel Taj and hotel Shoots then it's small property but another side it's good considering the budget Service: 3

This was my 1st visit to Kolkata and as a solo Traveller on transit, it was the best choice to go with Ethnotel Hotels. Positives: -Close to airport. -24 hrs check in service -Great communication and follow up before check in and all updates - well informed friendly and polite staff - Awesome well lit spacious rooms. - yummy tasty food and desserts at reasonable prices. - good Indian and Continental breakfast in morning. - airport pick and drop services with courteous staff. - a bar lounge on 1st floor from 11 am to 1 am - awesome menu, including round the clock menu, kids menu and desserts Nd cocktails , cocktails so no one is left hungry at any given point of the day even if you check in late. - reasonably priced rooms. Sanitised after each use. - clean restrooms and spacious. - house keeping staff polite and courteous. - Green future messages. Cons: - not for people who smoke as they have no smoking policy - visitors not allowed which is mainly in most hotels in India. Overall a great experience, and would refer the recommend to all travellers looking for a place near to the airport. Rooms: Spacious, well lit and beautiful rooms with great house keeping facility staff. Safety: Safe and quiet rooms and surroundings. Food & drinks: Food & drinks were awesome in dining in room for reasonable prices. Restaurant on ground floor. Great Indian and Continental breakfast in morning.
