Firstly the order was prepared so late that it reached me after a delay of 40mins, secondly I did not get what I read in the description. The noodles were overcooked to the extent that they were simply falling apart without even having to bite onto them, minced tofu was absent, was given a minute slice of the same instead, pok choy was undercooked - it seemed like it was just placed in the bowl raw to cook from the steam of the noodles. The broth was okayish, the only element that kinda made the dish acceptable.
