Elles used to be one of the best bakery in imphal but yesterday i ordered a cake for my friend’s breast cancer surgery and they told me it will be 1200Rs on 22nd of april, they cancel my order on text due to election, so i told them i will get it today but since its for 26th plz i told them plz make it in early 27th. But they didn’t even call me back today morning and told me to pick up at 3:00pm when the event has already started and all of my family and friends are waiting for the cake. They also sent me a bill of 2200 charging 1k extra for the cake they didn’t even confirm me the pricing. They told me they had delivery service but told me to pick up last minute so i went to pick up my cake but again they told me it wasn’t ready.. Elles today ruined my friends breast cancer cake cutting event. Still haven’t received the cake still waiting. I dont know when m gonna get it but m never ordering ever again. I rather celebrate a no cake birthday, wedding, any event of my life than order from them. Worst experience

One of the best and oldest bakery in Imphal. Well know for quality and design. Must try it.
