I am a regular customer, but lately, the service has become very poor. I have been trying to order a cake, but my messages are being seen and ignored. The food is excellent, which is the only reason I keep ordering, but the poor service is frustrating. Cake World has a great reputation, but such service discourages customers from returning. I urge the management to address this issue. Food: 4

Very bad service the staff in mavelikkara the y dont have any interest in selling the cakes one lady staff who is attending the phone call she dont have ny interest in selling their products
