If I could give zero stars, it would be just that, however, let me clarify that this has nothing to do with the food as we never got a chance to order. As non resident of the Radisson Hotel, my mother & I chose Ekatra from the fantastic reviews - what we received instead was a table tucked away from the rest and near zero interaction with the wait staff outside of initial drink order and a bit of curtness when it came to a question about a menu item. The part of this experience or lack thereof that gets me is that it felt as though we were assumed and judged from the moment we arrived into the restaurant - from seat placement to blatent disregard of the wait staff... That to me is unacceptable behaviour - so much so that I paid my ridiculous 560Rs bill for still & sparkling water and came to a local restaurant which I am currently sitting in and have had more interaction in 2 mins than that entire 20-30 mins experience. So let me reiterate that this is NOT A COMMENTARY ON THEIR FOOD... It is simply the lack of respect, interaction and clearly a bit of judgement on the establishment's part. I hope that you leave the 'book covers' alone and treat everyone equally including the NRIs that don't fit your expectation.

The food was delisious and fresh.The service provided by the staff was very good especially by Gaurav Mehta one of the staff member . Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian
