I recently telephonically ordered a cake (Vanco i.e. Vanilla and chocolate combination) for my kids, and it was an excellent experience. The cake was absolutely delicious and beautifully made. Since my kids usually consume nearly zero sugar, it was a bit sweet for them, but they still enjoyed it immensely. The service was outstanding; the lady I spoke to was incredibly polite and helpful. The prices were very reasonable and nominal for the quality provided. Overall, a fantastic experience! It also offers customizations and accommodates dietary restrictions with 2-3 days' notice/advance order. Mine was an instant order, and it was still perfect.
