The behaviour of the manager and attendant was extremely poor. They showed no concern for our group of four, but gave full attention to groups of ten or more simply because of the higher bill value. We were ready to buy the products at the prices they quoted, yet their attitude was unacceptable. Management should focus on ensuring the satisfaction of all customers, not just those who spend the most. In a bar or pub, there is normally no strict timing concept, yet we were forced to vacate our place simply to accommodate a larger group. Such an attitude is completely unacceptable. Last night I visited your Dudu grill & bar and had a poor experience. Here's what went wrong: 1. Unprofessional staffing: The staff seemed disorganized and lacked proper training. 2. Long wait times: Our order took 30-35 minutes to arrive, which is unacceptable. 3. Incorrect order: We ordered chicken lollipop, but it was overly salty. 4. Lack of suggestions: Despite checking online and visiting, staff didn't suggest any combos or promotions. 5. Bad complimentary item: The complimentary item was subpar, especially considering your pricing and location.
