the noodles was just plain vermicelli cooked in turmeric and salt. mixed with chicken and Sprouts. no seasonings and leaves were added and its very pathetic that its just a disappointment.
Dragons Den, located on the Kazhakkoottam service road near Le Arabia, is a hidden gem that deserves more attention. Despite visiting twice during dinner hours and finding the place mostly empty, we were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding quality of the food. The menu boasts a variety of Asian delights, from sizzling Yakitori skewers to the perfectly balanced Tom Yum soup. The Shanghai Fried Rice, in particular, was Michelin-worthy, bursting with authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. Every dish, whether it was the fiery Kung Pao Prawns or the delectable Chilly Paneer, showcased expert craftsmanship and fresh ingredients. What makes the experience even better is the pricing—exceptionally economical for Kazhakkoottam’s standards, making it a great spot for quality Asian cuisine without breaking the bank. The ambiance of Dragons Den transports you straight into the heart of a Chinese New Year celebration. The vibrant red decor, complemented by intricate artwork of a pagoda, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff, though not many in number, were incredibly polite and knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful recommendations that enhanced our dining experience. Given the exceptional food, courteous service, and aesthetically pleasing interiors, it’s surprising that the restaurant isn’t bustling with patrons. Dragons Den is a spot that deserves recognition, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic and affordable Asian cuisine in Kazhakkoottam.
