Worst service ever for online orders. This is my third bad experience with this dominos store.After 45 minutes from my order, they are cancelling my order stating silly reasons like manager not available, few items of order not available... Staff are very rude and don't even attend phone calls(mobile & landline) or give proper responses even in person, simply Manager Vijay walks away even if the customer is talking. Moreover Domino's customer care mail is also utterly useless... They simply allot you automatically, a ticket number (mine - 4196821) and will mention that the issue will be sorted out in 48 hours. It's extremely useless and waste of our time as they neither take some action against our loss nor at least respond again even after 2 weeks despite shooting multiple reminder mails. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400

*Disappointing Experience at Domino's Eluru* I recently visited the Domino's outlet in Eluru and was disappointed with the service. When we entered the store, there was no staff on the floor, and we had to wait for 10 minutes to find an employee to take our order. We ordered a Coke and pizza, but the Coke was not chilled, and the pizza was not hot. To make matters worse, there was an odd smell coming from the pizza. When we brought this to the attention of the store manager, he was completely unprofessional and arrogant. His behavior was unacceptable, and it seemed like he didn't care about customer satisfaction. I've never encountered someone so rude and irresponsible in my life. Unfortunately, it seemed like this was his usual behavior towards every customer. I would suggest that the company takes immediate action to address this issue, either by retraining the staff or shutting down the outlet. If not, it will harm the company's reputation.
