Very disappointing experience at the Domino’s outlet in Vidisha. The pizza quality was poor—they added the cheese by their own and it felt rubbery and artificial and didn’t taste like a typical Domino’s pizza. The staff was unprofessional and unfriendly, and I had to wait 30 minutes for a single pizza without any proper explanation, they said your pizza was in pending. Overall, not worth the time or money. I hope the management improves food quality and customer service. Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Please increase your delivery radius. I live in Balaji Paradise but you don't deliver there. I have to pin the location at Balaji Orchid, and ask the rider to deliver it to my location, even though it is not even half a kilometre away. I got my order delivered in more than 45 mins but since it was outside of your delivery radius I still had to pay the amount. Delivery person also asked for extra payment because of "delivering outside the service area" which I had to negotiate Requesting the team to increase your delivery radius to avoid such customer service issues in the future and also be able to generate more business.
