Pathetic service from Domino’s Vellore Officers Line. Faced back-to-back horrible experiences with the same arrogant delivery guy, Kalai Vanan. First time he was late, begged me not to complain, and delivered cold, ruined pizza. I ignored it. Second time, he was straight-up rude and arrogant. He told me to cancel the order if I wanted and said, "I don’t care, complain to whoever you want." Seriously? This is the attitude Domino’s is okay with? Even the store manager spoke like it’s my mistake for expecting timely delivery. Zero professionalism. No respect for customers. Domino’s, if you can’t control your staff, you don’t deserve customer trust. Will never recommend this outlet. Food: 1 Service: 1

I had one of the worst experiences dining with them. I ordered a pizza and a bread stick exactly at 11 27 pm and the order was received at 12 39 am .The app is in glitch.The contact number in case of query is not reachable. The number provided in this location map is not available after 11pm. Very bad response from dominos Pizza . I repeat THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE and this is not the first time receiving such a bad experience purely disappointed with your customer behaviour.
