Day by day they are degrading their level of service , taste & also behaviour. Manage become more worst. After complaint they don’t listen & even argue. The condition of store is more worst Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointed with my recent order. The pizza arrived cold, the crust was tough, and the toppings were sparse and unevenly spread. I also had to wait longer than the estimated delivery time, and the customer service was unhelpful when I called to ask about the delay. Definitely not the quality I expected—won’t be ordering again anytime soon. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹800–1,000

I placed an order where I had ordered a cheese burst pizza- it was around 11 PM they sent me a regular pizza despite of paying for the cheese burst ok top of that it was burnt and almost bland when I received it. There was no contact through which I could inform them infact there customer service also didn’t work and the store manager didn’t pick up my call. Now what would one do in such circumstances? Atleast they should be quick with their responses atleast at night. This always happens with this outlet. Highly Disappointed. Also attaching a picture- see for yourself is one paying for such bad quality of pizza? Food: 1 Service: 1
