I frequently visit Domino’s Sultanpur, but the customer service and hygiene are consistently disappointing. Almost every time, I have to sit at an unclean table, and it gets cleaned only after I request it personally at the counter. This time, even after waiting 15–20 minutes, no one came to clean the table. Such negligence and lack of basic hygiene are completely unacceptable from a brand like Domino’s. I had a very disappointing experience at Sultanpur Domino’s outlet .The staff member who took my order was extremely rude and unprofessional. First, she gave me the wrong order, and when I asked to return it, she behaved very rudely and even threw the money on the counter instead of handing it properly. I felt very disrespected. Also, I noticed that other customers who came after me were served at their tables politely, while I was told to pick up my own order. On top of that, when I asked for the bill, I was not provided with one. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and Domino’s should ensure their staff are trained to treat every customer equally and respectfully. Totally poor response from the staff. They are taking away the credibility of Domino's. After one hour our order when we call back the store they rigorously informed us we are not providing it and getting arrogant to the customer. Very very disappointed. Totally unacceptable behaviour.
