Ordered peppy paneer pizza medium sized. What I received was looks like a regular pizza and toppings of paneer was insufficient. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600

Fraud outlet! Had ordered from this outlet, order came 1 hr 20 min late. I accepted the order, upon checking - I saw that the order was wrong, cold and burnt. I raised a complaint with dominos, contacted the manager of the outlet, sent photos. The manager had the audacity to send a delivery boy to take my order back with no replacement. He promised that the refund will be initiated by dominos and will be refunded to my account within 7 working days. It has been 2 months now - no refund, manager not receiving call or replying to message. Food: 1 Service: 1
