I’ve tolerated a lot from this Domino’s outlet—cold pizzas, wrong orders, delayed deliveries—you name it. And every single time, I complained politely. Not to shame, just to hope they'd fix things. But instead of improving, things got worse. This time, not only did I get another bad experience, but I got a call from them basically accusing me of being a scammer—as if complaining about their repeated mistakes makes me the villain. I’ve never felt more insulted by a brand I actually used to trust. Let me make one thing clear: This isn’t about a bad pizza. It’s about basic respect. You mess up. I report it. That’s how feedback works. But when your staff calls up a paying customer just to deflect blame and play victim? That’s not just bad service—that’s gaslighting. I’m not writing this out of pettiness. I’m writing this so others don’t go through the same humiliation I did. If you care about quality, service, or dignity, skip this branch. There are plenty of places that serve food and respect. They don’t allow dine in, only takeaway, i ordered from swiggy and that too came very late, pizza was cold already, taste was not so good and toppings they did provide as less as possible, pizza makers of nagaon making me quit eating pizza maybe they are just conscious of my health Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I visited this Domino’s outlet recently and was quite disappointed with the cleanliness. The tables were noticeably dirty, and there were no staff members available to clean them. The person taking orders ended up doing the cleaning, which didn’t seem very hygienic or efficient. Unfortunately, the staff also came across as less friendly than expected.
