This is honestly the most horrible experience ever with Domino’s. The delivery took almost one and a half hours omg tff seriously, what’s the point of ordering if it takes that long? By the time it finally showed up, the food was ice cold. Not even a bit warm. Just cold, tasteless, and completely ruined. The pizza wasn’t sliced, looked thrown in carelessly, and honestly felt like a total joke. The app is another disaster. You can’t cancel the order, you can’t change anything, and you don’t even get proper updates. It just keeps showing the same useless messages again and again. No proper status, no response, no nothing. How are customers supposed to use this app if it doesn’t even work? It’s like shouting into a void like no reply, no action, just pure frustration. Everything about this experience was terrible everything the delay, the cold food, the useless app. The entire system feels broken, and nobody cares to fix it. It’s actually insulting to customers who spend their money and get this kind of nonsense in return. Domino’s should be ashamed of how bad their service has become. Never ordering again. Worst, most frustrating, most disappointing experience ever. Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

For one pizza minimum they required 30 minutes to prepare....most of the time customers will be very less hardly we can see 3 to 4 then also the delivery of the Pizza will be more than 30 minutes ... Here the payment should be in cash they don't have card payment.. It's is not working from one year Too much waiting time and the Hygine is completely zero Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

MVP Dominos is the worst when it’s comes to basic curtesy. We ordered online and waited almost for 40 mins and when pizza should about to deliver they said we can’t deliver it’s far, then we told you could have told us as soon as u got the order then they are asking us to do Rapido when we said no, he told like I can deliver till HB colony, then even we told will come and pickup from HB colony let us know when u come. He said ok and then again called us and told even that is not possible he can’t come to deliver. This was the worst experience ever we were hungry for almost 1 hour and the reply we got was so outrageous and the way the person was talking was also very bad . I would have rated 0 if given a chance and the worst we are not able to complaint even in the app. Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes
