Extremely Poor Service – Domino’s (Near Atul Dairy, Nashik Branch) A very disappointing and frustrating experience. Key points below: • Order Change After Confirmation: After placing an online order, the store called and asked us to change the ordered item — completely unacceptable after confirmation. • False 30-Minute Delivery Claim: Domino’s “30-minute delivery” promise is misleading. Even after requesting timely delivery, we were told it would take at least 45 minutes. • Excessive Delay: After waiting for over an hour, we were informed that the order was still not ready and could take another 1–2 hours. • Poor Management: The store continued accepting online orders despite being unable to handle the existing ones. • Rude and Unprofessional Staff: When contacted, the staff behaved rudely and cancelled our order themselves, telling us to “raise a concern with the company.” • Chaotic Store Visit: When we visited the store, we saw several other frustrated customers facing the same problem. The store atmosphere was chaotic and poorly managed. • Disappointed and Scared Kids: The pizza was ordered for a special occasion, and the kids were very disappointed and even scared due to the chaos and arguments inside the store. • Request for CCTV Review: We urge Domino’s management to check the CCTV footage to see how poorly customers were treated. • Lack of Accountability: The outlet clearly lacks professionalism, basic courtesy, and customer focus.
