Whats wrong with this outlet of Dominos ! Neither the service was good nor the place was clean. Atleast they can cordinate with cleaning staff to keep some tables infront of their outlet clean. Also, the pizza was only good lookwise. When we took the first bite, it tasted nothing more than salted baked bread. The quality if cheese wasnt good and topping were so dry and tasted like dried leaves. Nothing was spread evenly on the base. Centre og the base was too thin and sides were so thick, it tasted like refined flour. Our Rajajipuram local outlet is better than this Phoenix wala outlet. Pizza sirf dekhne me accha tha wo bhi maine image edit ki hai. Or yaha ke employees bolte ki aap app ko install krke vaha se order liziye insaan apna time spend krne Aya hai ye is tarah se deal krne unko. Extremely disappointing experience – zero for customer service. A staff member named Deepika took the wrong order due to her lack of knowledge of the menu and was busy gossiping with her colleagues instead of paying attention. Rather than accepting her mistake, she blamed and accused me. When I proved her wrong, she became argumentative. Truly pathetic service – I will never return to this Domino’s outlet. I had to pay extra for her mistake. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹600–800
