Very very bad. I ordered Domino's through Swiggy (it mentioned a 30mins guaranteed delivery) the order wasn't delivered for an hour after getting intouch with Swiggy help I was collected between Swiggy and Domino's (who didn't answer a single call attempt) I finally had to drive at 22:40 in the night to pick up an order that wasn't even ready (I was given the excuse of the driver's vehicle breaking down) I then had to wait and additional 15mins to get my order myself. Swiggy charges delivery and hosts Domino's and yet failed to justify, compensate or even empathize with genuine customer concers.... A free pizza doesn't compensate for customer troubles. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200
