Very poorly maintained outlet. The tables and floor is not well kept. Also, they allow delivery persons inside the cooking area compromising the hygiene standards. I saw a delivery person putting his hands inside the pants they touching all corrugated boxes in which pizza is delivered or served. This was insane. Another person was sitting with folded legs on the table inside the kitchen. The company should maintain some standards atleast and do some monitoring. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of their staff members started threatening me, and within minutes, multiple staff came out together, surrounded me, and tried to intimidate me physically. I was forced to leave the premises for my own safety. This wasn’t just poor service – it felt like dealing with street-level goons, not a professional business. Shockingly, instead of addressing the issue, multiple staff members ganged up on me, became hostile, and even threatened to physically assault me. I was forced out of the premises by a group of employees acting more like goons than professionals. This is not just unprofessional—it’s dangerous. Your safety is at risk here.
