A few days ago, I placed orders for pizzas from Domino’s using different IDs on both Swiggy and Zomato. Unfortunately, the quality of the food delivered was shockingly poor. The pizzas were in such bad condition that I had to throw them away. Here are the major issues I faced: The crust was extremely hard and still uncooked from the inside. I had ordered Fresh Pan Pizzas, yet I was delivered Hand Tossed pizzas with just a “Fresh Pan” label attached. The toppings were stale, unevenly spread, and looked carelessly prepared. The cheese was barely used—just enough to garnish but not enough for proper topping. Is this the quality we should expect from a global brand like Domino’s? As customers, we pay for good food, not something that ends up in the garbage. To make matters worse, when I tried to raise this issue with Swiggy and Zomato customer support, their AI bots simply apologized and redirected me to file a complaint through email, offering no real help.
