Mr. Suresh should learn to maintain proper manners while communicating with customers. If he lacks a professional attitude, he should reconsider his place in the service industry. Instead of accepting his mistakes, he chose to misbehave with the customer. A humble apology would have been appreciated, but arrogance is completely unacceptable. I am truly disappointed with the service and will not recommend this outlet to anyone. Service: 1
