Never ever order a pizza from these guys. Their service is pathetic ! They deliver part of the whole order, take the whole money and promise to deliver the rest of the part that they forgot to fetch asap. Then they make you wait until the food gets cold . The fun turns into bitterness and you put up a complaint. Only after that they show up and deliver the rest of the order. The evening is wasted, the money's gone and the fun turns into harassment.

Had a terrible experience due to pathetic service ! And that too at the cost of almost 700 INR !! We ordered two pizzas along with a coke. This guy Rohit Hazra showed up with the pizzas only, stating ''the Coke is missing, let me fetch it by ten minutes...''. Dominos Bolpur is less than a kilometer away from my place. He took the whole amount including the Coke and did not come back for half an hour till I put up a complain. Seems like he didn't actually had a plan to come back until he noticed a complaint regarding this got docketed. Pizzas got cold, waiting for the Coke like a fool. The celebration ended up with a bad taste in mouth. All these harassment and regrets cost almost 700 hard earned Indian Rupee .This is the last time I am ordering you only for your highly non-recommendable service. Understand this is not about the coke but all about spoiling a quality time trusted upon a brand like Dominos. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Service: 1

We have visited Bolpur many times but I went to Bolpur Dominos for the first time last week. Dominos is the best of all the time. What separate review can I give on this matter? But the staff there were all good,But there was a man (also a staff), I did not like his behaviour at all . There was 2% charge on my phone, I thought I would tell them that they have a charger so give it to me for 5 minutes, it would help for me . Firstly one person has said that hold on, we will give it but When he went inside to take the charger then that man said loudly No, I will not give the charger Which I felt a bit bad about. If you were not going to give me the charger then why did you tell me earlier And I did not like that man's way of talking , do customers get treated like this at any place? If you cannot help in any cases, then tell us clearly in a manner. Don't create such an awkward situation.
