On 22nd April 2025 I placed order and the order was accepted. After 30 mins, I got the call that they won't deliver as it didn't comes under their delivery Zones, while ealier they had deliverd to that location . It was just becaise they didnt want to deliver late at night . Also one of the person said there is no one to deliver . If such was the thing the order should not been accepted . They argued very rudely and refused to delivery. Spoiled my evening. Also till date the order status is awaiting . Even On complaing no support team is available . Only virtual.help . It is very disappointing that brand like Dominos don't give any support to their customer and even don't take any action on such outlet . I have not even received my refund for the Order. Such outlets who can't work properly should not be allowed to work . My order number is 276 ....still awaited Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Extremely rude and uncivilized staff. After accepting order , they refuse to deliver food . And the language and behavior is not acceptable in such reputed brand outlet . Never had such experience in any other Dominos outlet . Poor management and manger is not concer for any of this . Till 1 hour,after the order was places , they kept on calling and denied to deliver. The manager said we won't deliver do whatever you want . Such a language was insulting. . LASTLY MY ORDER NEVER REACHED . SURPRISINGLY DOMINOS ONLY HAVE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT TO HELP ; NO REAL CUSTOMER DESK TO RESOLVE OUR ISSUES. Also after 2 days yet no refund has been done nor any person called back. Service: Delivery Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
