Our experience at Doma's Inn was honestly one of the highlights of our Landour trip. We first visited just for the food, and it completely won us over. The chicken thukpa, pork momos, and ginger lemon honey tea were all fantastic...flavorful, comforting, and great value for money. That first visit pretty much convinced us this place was special. We later decided to stay for a day in Room No. 1, and it was pure bliss. At ₹3500, it felt absolutely worth it. Being right next door to Ruskin Bond’s home felt surreal, especially as someone who grew up reading his work. Sitting on the beautiful balcony, reading his books while looking out at the very mountains that inspired him… that was a moment. The room itself was well-furnished, clean, and smelled fresh. All amenities were provided, hot water was available, and the bathroom was spotless. The only minor issue we faced was with the WiFi, which wouldn’t connect—but honestly, it didn’t take away much from the experience. Do note that there’s no parking for cars within the premises, though scooters can be parked. The hospitality deserves a special mention; every staff member was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was included, and it was delightful. The chocolate pancake was wonderful, the egg paratha was amazing, while the French toast and boiled eggs were good. The hot chocolate was average, but everything else more than made up for it. We also tried more food later. The pork thukpa and chicken momos again and they were consistently excellent. One unexpected joy was their tiny stage. We even sang a few songs there, which made the whole experience even more memorable. All in all, Doma’s Inn isn’t just a place to stay. it’s an experience. I would absolutely stay here again (especially if I get Room 1!). Thanks to Pavan and Vicky who were so helpful and Kind!

Amazing ambience, good location, shit food. Had noodles and kimpamb, just had to rush to washroom as soon as we had the food. Literally triggered diarrhoea.

A great hike to the restaurant if planning to walk till there, good food but went there for authentic tibetian food - it’s not authentic, but it’s good in general. Place decor is amazing.
