Their smiles, gentle sign-language greetings, and confident service made the evening feel deeply personal. We kept it simple with three dishes that showcased the kitchen’s care. First, the Malai Broccoli—tender florets drenched in a silky, lightly spiced cream sauce—felt like a warm hug for my taste buds. Then came the Ghee Roast Chicken, whose aroma of rich ghee, curry leaves, and a whisper of jaggery had me hooked. Each succulent morsel, coated in a nutty, spiced gravy, was pure comfort. Finally, the Pasta surprised me: al dente penne tossed with fresh cherry tomatoes, basil, and a drizzle of olive oil. Its simplicity let every flavor shine. But beyond the food, it was the team’s warmth and inclusivity that lingered. DOBARAA isn’t just a place to eat; it’s a celebration of genuine kindness. Found this place while wandering around Palladium Mall and decided to give it a try. The ambience is cozy and inviting, with great staff service and pleasant background music. They also have screens for live matches, and the place attracts a decent crowd, making it a nice spot to chill. What really stood out was their inspiring initiative to hire staff who are speech-impaired — a thoughtful and commendable gesture. Coming to the food, the menu is short and precise, which initially raised our confidence in the offerings. We tried: Mutton Cheese Pull Papad – A unique concept, but it didn’t quite stand out and felt a bit heavy on the pocket. Prawns Koliwada – Decent, though we’ve had better versions at other places. Pepper Mutton Gravy with Malabar Paratha – Unfortunately, this didn’t meet our expectations. Some mutton pieces were undercooked, and the gravy was quite plain despite the high price.
