Visited Distillery on 12/02/2022.This one star that I've given here is also just beacuse of its interiors and roof top decoration and view. Otherwise, food is below average and drinks are average.My experience was very dissapointing at distillery Lucknow due to the unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour of the staff towards the customer.Steward name who attended us is Abhishek Singh.We ordered penne pink sauce pasta and nucleus nachos and drinks.1)Since nachos didn't have any veggies as told by our steward so we asked him if he could get some veggies added to the nachos, to which he agreed and didn't utter anything else and went away.In the name of vegetables only three small rings of capsicum was visible and nothing else.When the bill was handed over to me there was an addition of 75 Rs in the name of vegetables which wasn't informed by the steward.2) Also ,they levied service charge of Rs 219 which was 10% of the bill. I refused to pay the service charge( which the restro can't force you to pay) to which the steward Abhishek Singh said aapko dena to padega hi ye.These were his exact words. It was such a derogatory statement.I asked him to bring someone from senior management.His senior came in and showed some whatsapp message on his phone which was regarding service charge. [Just look at the unprofessionalism and audacity of this person to prove his point via a whatsapp message] .There is absolutely no law which compells you to pay service charge and so he finally stopped arguing and removed the service charge.So the thing is these restaurants should not even try to assume customers to be fools who don't know the government rules and policies.
