It’s genuinely difficult to find vegetarian Pan-Asian food that doesn’t feel watered down or overly Indianized, but Dinng (Maninagar) absolutely hits the mark on every front. Easily the best vegetarian Asian comfort food in town. We’ve tried almost everything on the menu, and it never disappoints. The Momos are thin-skinned, super juicy, and come with incredible spicy dips; the Bao are cloud-soft; and the Creamy Miso Ramen broth has unreal depth of flavor. Fresh, flavorful, and 100% worth it every single time! Everything is fresh, fragrant, and packed with authentic texture: The Momos: Pure perfection. The wrappers are delicately thin rather than thick and doughy, packed with juicy, well-seasoned fillings (not just bland boiled veggies), and paired with sharp, fiery house dipping sauces that have a serious kick. Creamy Miso Ramen Supreme: The standout bowl. The broth is rich, savory, and silky with just the right drizzle of roasted chili oil, and topping it with steamed dumplings that soak up the miso broth is pure genius. The Bao: Incredibly warm, fluffy, and pillowy—never dense or chewy—and stuffed with crunchy, saucy fillings that balance sweet, tangy, and spicy notes. Udon on Fire & Cheesy Ramen: Must-tries if you love heat and chewy noodles. The udon has a great bite, and the cheesy ramen is the ultimate comfort bowl. Great portion sizes, fast service, and consistent quality every single visit. If you love momos, bao, or authentic noodle bowls, ramen do not skip this place!
