Biryani was excellent, don’t order anything apart from it , maybe just this outlet, ordered starters which were subpar not even average. I did try outlets in Chennai never had this experience. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600

Had a very disappointing experience at Dindigul Thalappakatti Restaurant, Pondicherry. The hygiene was seriously lacking — there were flies inside the dining area, which made it quite uncomfortable to eat. To make things worse, most of the items on the menu were unavailable, even though it was regular dining hours. The staff seemed unprepared and uninterested, which added to the frustration. The food too costly and not even worthy for that. Drumstick chicken was too oily. This was definitely not the standard I expected from a reputed brand like Thalappakatti. Needs major improvement in cleanliness, stock management, and customer service. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
