I order malai chaap before yesterday and the taste and the quality of the product was stale, i requested them to change or refund the amount after constant calling and he giving excuses stating “ki maam dusri item bijwa deta hu”, “abhi thodi dare main bijwata hu boni nhi hui hai”, “sorry maam bhul gaya abhi bijwata hu” after constant excuses didnt get any solution, very poor service and food quality and the owner will keep on making fool of yoh and will provide no solution.
