Had been to their outlet in Nagpur at VR Mall. The veg kathi roll was horrible and the person manning the outlet was still worse. The roll was stale and upon pointing out the person said that have I eaten a Kathi roll for the 1st time? I argued, but no use. I left the roll uneaten and left the outlet. Never again will visit Oye Dilli anywhere even if I have no other option.

I ordered puri chole and this is what i got in name of hygiene. This is the 3rd time this happened and again zomato gave no refund or no clarification. Felt like launching a complaint in national consumer that how zomato give fake words to customers on hygiene and claps for restaurant to serve me insects direct on my plate.
