We had a very disappointing experience here. After waiting 45 minutes, the waiter informed us that the dish we had ordered was not available. When we tried to place another order, we waited another 15 minutes, only to be told by the same waiter that he forgot what we had ordered. The staff seemed careless and unprofessional. The lady at the cash counter appeared completely indifferent and unconcerned about the customers, as if it didn’t matter at all. The place seems good only for sweet dishes like Puran Poli and Modak. Other than that, the food taste and service are very poor. Overall, a frustrating experience due to long delays, poor communication, and lack of customer care.
