Dhiren Cabin has that old Calcutta charm, but hygiene is definitely a concern. We tried their popular items — Mutton Pantheras and Chicken Moghlai. The Chicken Moghlai had very little filling, and honestly, many random street shops do it better. That said, it was quite crispy and less oily than usual. The Mutton Pantheras were just average. Since these two are supposed to be their signature items, we’re not sure if we tried the best they had to offer. Feels like the place is running more on hype than taste.
