    I recently visited this Kerala hotel and was very disappointed with the way we were treated. The staff behaved rudely towards us simply because we spoke Tamil. This kind of discrimination is unacceptable anywhere, especially in a hospitality business. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of the language they speak.
