I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent [Desi Tadka], which fell significantly short of the expectations set by your promotional materials and online reviews. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the level of service and quality of accommodations promised were not delivered. Upon check-in, I was greeted by a disinterested staff member who seemed more focused on their phone than on assisting guests. The process was not only slow but also lacking in any semblance of hospitality. After finally receiving my room key, I was directed to a room that was far from the standard I anticipated. The first thing I noticed was an unpleasant odor that permeated the space, which I later discovered was due to a combination of inadequate cleaning and maintenance. The bathroom had mold in the corners and the fixtures were dated and not functioning properly. In addition to the condition of the room, I encountered several issues during my stay that further exacerbated my dissatisfaction. The noise levels from the hallway and adjoining rooms were unbearable at times, making it difficult to relax. It seemed that soundproofing was not a priority during the construction of the hotel. I also found that the Wi-Fi service, which was advertised as complimentary, was unreliable at best. I was frequently disconnected, making it nearly impossible to stay in touch with work commitments. The dining options were another area of concern. The restaurant’s limited menu and subpar food quality were unexpected. I found myself disappointed after ordering what was described as a signature dish, only to be served a poorly prepared meal that bore no resemblance to what was advertised. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, their response was dismissive, indicating a lack of accountability for the services offered. Throughout my stay, it became increasingly clear that the hotel was not equipped to handle its guests adequately. There was a pervasive lack of attention to detail, from the cleanliness of common areas to the level of customer service provided by the staff. The experience felt rushed and uninviting, leaving me with the impression that guest satisfaction was not a priority. Given the circumstances, I feel compelled to advise potential guests to reconsider their choice of accommodation.
