it's cold , soggy pizza and I didn't get any help from customer service it's really bad experience with delusion cravings ... I'm not going to order anything after this one charges so much money and given me just soggy and cold pizza..not get any help from customer service and delevery partner lol he said I'm coming from long distance so it's obviously will get cold ... it's unprofessional attitude by both

every order is prepared freshly n of course it's served hot . by the time it reaches to customer it might become cold or might be a bit warm all these are possibility . depending upon customer location. it was raining outside so the rain also contributed it's contribution to make your pizza cold we are soory from all the sides , but a restaurant accountability is just to prepare hot n fresh . n we did we slayed. but the weather n long distance deteriorated this n of course the delivery boy drived slow so another factor the it made the situation worse if I was you I had felt the same the way you felt sorry for this experience. if zomato wants they can really compensate you
