I recently visited Delhi Kitchen and tried their Paneer Butter, and it was absolutely delicious. The taste was rich, fresh, and perfectly balanced — definitely one of the best I’ve had in the area. The staff and the owner were extremely polite, welcoming, and attentive, which made the overall experience even better. Found CRUMBLED USED TISSUE PAPER in my butter chicken. When I informed the staff, they first claimed it was cabbage without even checking properly. After I insisted, they still DENIED IT and instead spent 15 minutes reviewing CCTV of my table to blame me, rather than checking their kitchen or staff. Even worse, the manager shouted at employees in front of me, saying he was “SURE” I put it there. They STILL charged me for the rest of the food instead of handling this with basic courtesy. PS: I am in process of lodging a complaint on FSSAI PPS: For 10 yrs, this was used to be my go to place for taste of my city, Delhi, but they screwed it up by mishandling this.
