Very poor service. Not suitable for family as they rent out to couples and roudy elements who will make your life miserable. No hot water. Cleaning staffs are usually not available.

The hotel is not up to the mark.Very stilthy smelly toitet for which we had to change the room. Complimentary buffet BF had option of two items.Egg only one piece without any black pepper.and that too after many request.The helper lady in the restaurant was very ill mannered. Fruits and coffee were given after requesting many times.The walls of the room were damp and broken.The only plus point is the behaviour of the staff.Not at all recomendable It is now quite cold in Ranchi but hot water is not available in the bathroom.They have electric kettle in the room with lot of tea bags and milk powder pouch and also shaving and tooth brush kit
