Hey Divya these are the few cakes which were done by you for us to mark the occasion in last 4 months to begin with the FIRST ONE you made in Dec to mark 30th wedding Anniversary of us was dairy free gluten free ( keeping in mind Pankaj’s allergies love you for that) chocolate cake which was so delicious that one could not make it that it was GF and DF, everyone loved it and was fine with in minutes; The SECOND cake you did was for my FIL’s 80th birthday depicting his life story as a husband ; father and grand father was simply scrumptious. THE third ONE you did was for my Niece’s birthday who just finished her MBBS finals Topped her class and we celebrated her birthday making it special for her.she was blown away with how you incorporated the things she loves. LAST. but not the least is the one you did for our cards night at a dear friends place we all loved this mango flavor cake .Thank you for doing it with so much heart and passion that makes an occasion unforgettable for the lifetime. and Service: Delivery Meal type: Other

My response to the owners insane comments on my review- please read till the end "I think I made a big mistake by choosing you as my vendor for the cake and trusting you and your team for such an important event. Instead of understanding the trauma that I had gone through , all I get from u is blame game for the mistake committed by your team in sending a damaged cake to me and late by 2 hours ( I had asked to delay by 30 minutes). Even if it was damaged by the cab driver, it was your cab driver and it was your responsibility to see that the cake reaches us in perfect condition. My son did not hold the cake tightly - he is 37 years old and understands how to handle a cake which he had personally come to order with me from your shop and it was also paid by him. This is a lie and an allegation which just not acceptable. I immediately sent you the picture of the damaged cake and the reason of not interacting with you was that I had 70 guests waiting for the cake to be cut and I had to attend to them rather than get in to a call with you. It was any way late in reaching the venue. In fact, the reason that it reached late gives the feeling that it was sent late on purpose so that we have no time to call u and just accept as it is. I waited for one month for you to call me and only then wrote in the social media about my sad and woeful experience with your organisation. All that I had expected was a sincere acceptance that your team had botched it up while handling it and all that you had to do was apologise for the same , instead you chose first to put the blame on the cab driver , then on my son and now finally on us - continuously changing your version and stance. The Print got in touch with you first and after that with me. You chose to speak to them and cover up for your mistake which was not acceptable to me and that is the reason I gave them my version. Your reply now is not in good taste and shows your arrogance even after hurting my sentiments so much. I think future prospects should be very wary of this not so fair side of your temperament - not accepting that an error / mistake has been committed . As a seasoned baker and customer centric organisation which you claim to be , you should have accepted your mistake gracefully and taken steps by calling me and offering to set it right at that point. You just ignored the whole episode.The reply was sent because I refused your demand to remove a genuine review. Also I’d like to remind you were too busy to meet us personally when we came to order in spite of having taken a prior appointment from you for the same. The first call after the review also came from someone else from your shop.You only decided to call me when I was adamant about my stance I had ordered a cake for the first birthday party of my grandson.They charged me Rs.15300 in advance including delivery charges for it.Then this is what they delivered.On the day of the delivery they stopped taking my calls when the delivery got late and made me go through the most nerve racking experience. This has been dragged so much on social media and news , which looks very intentional! Why else would you hide the fact that the cake delivery was taken by your …This has been dragged so much on social media and news , which looks very intentional! Why else would you hide the fact that the cake delivery was taken by your son and the cake was held tilted and the driver immediately said not to hold the cake like this. Also why didn’t u let us know immediately if there was an issue with the cake? We could have fixed it immediately. It’s such a small thing when creams get smudged by the client. Though it’s not our mistake, we still always go the extra mile and fix it on site . But we have to be informed about this first. When I asked you why didn’t u inform me, you said, your son hid it from you so that you don’t feel sad. What sort of logic is this. Is it important to get it fixed or to to hide from you? I seriously feel now that you did all this intentionally to create a scam and tarnish our reputation. Neither did you want a refund nor did you want to talk to me. You said you’ve a bad cough and you’ll call me back but you never did. All you did was throw mud at us on social media. Thank you and hope you got what you wanted More
