I ordered a cake from De Cake World Kattanam via call and WhatsApp, but I was disappointed with their communication skills and slow response times. Many menu items were unavailable, and customer care was lacking. Surprisingly, they delivered the cake an hour earlier than expected, but the taste was just average.
