*Feedback on Recent Stay 15/june/2025at dayal Hotel una himachal pradesh * I recently visited dayal Hotel for work-related purposes around 10:30 PM and was impressed with the exceptional service provided by the staff. Despite booking a Gold Room, I was upgraded to a Platinum Room without any prior request, showcasing the team's proactive approach. Additionally, when I mentioned that there would be three of us, the staff kindly arranged an extra bed in the room without any additional charges. The staff's cooperation and courtesy were noteworthy, particularly with the wake-up call service. I requested a 5:00 AM wake-up call, which was delivered promptly. The hotel's ambiance, environment, and overall experience were excellent.
