Dauji a very famous name for ghewar and phirni.During rainy season the demand of good quality ghewar is very high and if you are really interested in hygienic and very tasty ghewar then your search ends here.There are several ghewar making shops around also but when you taste their ghewar your tongue itself approves it to be the best of all.Its always fresh and crunchy and can last fir 2-3days and even after that you can still feel the freshness whereas the sugar gets solidified in ghewars purchased ftom elsewhere.Besides this they have a vey large variety of phirnis which are very crunchy and long lasting and there is no compromise in hygiene and quality of these items.You may request for a double layer of khoya on the ghewar chakri and they happily do it.Realy worth enjoying .My best wishes to them.I whenever visit my relatives Dauji ka ghewar is always in demand by them.
