The behaviour of people handling this chain is not good. Filled with ego I believe. The reason I say this is because, The other day I was here with my sister & the respected elderly man was sitting at the counter. I addressed my order towards him and he seemed to be agitated. Then a helper staff comes along and takes my order and I simply wait. After getting the ice cream, I asked the elderly person sitting at the counter who is probably the owner to give me a couple of spoons. He then looked at me with such arrogance that the helper hurriedly came to me and said ' arey aap humse bolo na' I felt this was a very classist and egoistic action & behaviour. Dukaan jiski hai unse hi bolenge, agar client koi request karta hai to usme sharmane ki kya baat. Unhone kuch kaha nahi mujhe par unka wo annoying look mujhe pasand nahi aya aur isliye ab yahan kabhi Jane ka man nahi hoga.
