Dalchini Restaurant in Dehradun is truly a hidden gem for anyone who loves authentic and flavorful Indian food. I recently visited the place and had an excellent dining experience that exceeded expectations. The star of the meal was undoubtedly their Paneer Lababdar. The paneer was soft and fresh, and the gravy was rich, creamy, and packed with the perfect balance of spices. Every bite had that authentic taste which makes you want to savor it slowly. Pairing it with their soft, fluffy naan made the experience even better. The naan was cooked to perfection—lightly crisp on the outside yet pillowy and tender inside, making it the ideal companion for the paneer dish. To complement the meal, I tried their Cola Masala, which turned out to be a refreshing surprise. The unique blend of cola with Indian masala gave it a tangy, spiced twist that was both cooling and exciting at the same time—a perfect drink to uplift the dining experience. The ambiance of Dalchini is warm and welcoming, and the staff is courteous and attentive, making you feel comfortable throughout. If you’re in Dehradun and craving delicious vegetarian North Indian cuisine, Dalchini should definitely be on your list. Overall best experience.
