Highly disappointed with the service. Couple of Points,1. They don't have half of the food menu available. (Its like a lottery system for Ordering)2. Even if you manage to add food items to your cart > the order is placed > Received by the Restaurant. After 20-30 minutes customer gets a message that the Order is Cancelled.Suggestions:
1. Increase your food quantity and then make it available to the users. 2. Don't add food items which are not available most of the time. 3. State Information or Warnings about your Food Lottery system on the Food Delivery Apps.

It took almost one and half hour for food delivery in my office whereas my office building is hardly 50 meters from daily dabba. Food quality was ok not good or bad. My client waited for food & choose to have lunch from other restaurant. Its was so humiliating for me and team. My suggestion to all please don't order from here as delivery time is more as committed.
